Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DaRockBasketball.com! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund and Exchange Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date you received your order.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.  

  • Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or there was an error in your order:

    • Personalized or customized items (unless the error was on our part).

    • Gift cards.

    • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such).

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at Support@Darockbasketball.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please specify the item(s) you would like to exchange for (including size, color, etc.).

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).  

  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning or exchanging in the original packaging, if possible, or in a secure box to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping the Item(s): You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of shipment as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.  

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.  

  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • If your exchange request is approved and the desired item(s) are in stock, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you once we receive and process your returned item(s).

  • You will be responsible for any price difference between the original item(s) and the exchanged item(s), as well as any additional shipping costs for the exchanged item(s), unless the exchange is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

  • We will notify you via email once your exchanged item(s) have been shipped.

5. Defective Items or Errors on Our Part

  • If you receive a defective item or we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item shipped), please contact us immediately at Support@Darockbasketball.com with your order number and details of the issue, including photos if applicable.

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s), and we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For defective items, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

  • For errors on our part, we will offer to ship the correct item(s) or issue a full refund.

6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or there was an error in your order.  

7. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you will receive a store credit for the value of the item. The original purchaser will be refunded. To process a gift return, please contact us at Support@Darockbasketball.com with the order information (if available) or the name of the person who placed the order.

8. Changes to This Policy

Da Rock Basketball LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
